- MemeMaker ships with Post Danmark, and strive to supply shipping same day as payment is received. For orders that reliy on bank transfers, this will usually mean next day shipping, since money will be a day under way for Danish transfers. - MemeMaker is based in Aarhus, Denmark, and if you wish to arrange a meet up, to get your goods, please get in touch with Esben.
- Privacy & Security
- Since MemeMaker relies on bank transfers for most payments, we will never store your financial information.
- Returns & Replacements
- Should your product be broken on arrival or damaged in the mail, we shall be happy to take the fight with Post Danmark for you. Please get in touch, and we will make sure to sort the situation out.
- Ordering
- MemeMaker offers two ways of ordering: by registering as a user or with guest checkout. When registering, we will of course keep your information private. By registering on MemeMaker, you will also have the advantage of not having to enter your entire name and address next time you visit us. Furthermore, when registered and logged in, we will automatically add shipping costs to your basket, and you will be able to track your current and recent orders, reprint invoices and more at the My Account area.
- Payment
- Note that payment is done off-site at the completion of your order. We currently accept Bank Transfers and cash (when possible). Danish public institutions also have the possibility to pay by EAN invoicing. Please contact Esben on esben@mememaker.com or (0045) 53 73 23 24 for more information on this.
